Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bakteriemi schopnými oxidovat sulfan, konkrétně čeleděmi Chromatiaceae a Chlorobiaceae, též známými jako purpurové a zelené sirné bakterie. Práce se postupně věnuje jejich obecné charakteristice, taxonomii a fylogenezi. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes bacteria capable of oxidizing hydrogen sulfide, specifically families Chromatiaceae and Chlorobiaceae, also known as purple and green sulfur bacteria. This thesis separately covers general characterization, taxonomy and phylogeny of these bacteria.
