Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá organizací, postavení a činností matrik v České republice. V práci je zahrnut historický vývoj matrik, informace o pojmu matrika, činnost matrik (vedení knih narození, manželství, registrovaného partnerství a úmrtí), uzavření manželství, registrované partnerství, zvláštní matrika, matriční doklady, pojem matrikář, jméno a příjmení. Součástí tématu je i podrobnější zpracování činnosti matriky ve městě Slavkov u Brna a vyhodnocení dotazníku na téma uzavření manželství.

Abstract:

My thesis focuses on organization, position and aktivity of registry offices in the Czech Republic. In the thesis is covered historical development, information about the term registry office, activity of registers (keeping the book of births, marriages, registered partnerships and deaths), entering into marriages, registered partnership, special register, registry documents, registrar, name and surname. The part of the topic is more detailed processing of aktivity of the registers in town Slavkov u Brna and evaluation of the questionnaire on the topic of entering into marriage.
