Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabýváme lexikem užívaným na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení. Výstupem kvantitativního výzkumu je slovník zdravotnických sociolektismů, který obsahuje 244 výrazů. Jazykový materiál pro tvorbu slovníku jsme získali prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které v roce 2020 proběhlo v Jihomoravském, Moravskoslezském, Olomouckém a Zlínském kraji. Další materiál jsme získali prostřednictvím zvukových nahrávek. Cílem kvalitativní analýzy tohoto materiálu, která byla doplněna o studium některých relevantních dokumentů, bylo charakterizovat jazyková specifika oficiální, polooficiální a neoficiální komunikace na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních. Pro doplnění situačního kontextu jsme stručně charakterizovali chod oddělení tohoto typu. Dále jsme se s využitím metody řízeného rozhovoru zabývali užíváním vulgarismů a jiných expresivních výrazů členy personálu během výkonu jejich služby. V teoretické rovině se práce věnuje vymezení různých sociolektů, a to s přihlédnutím k vývoji české sociolektologické tradice.

Abstract:

The thesis inquires into the professional jargon used in the anesthesiology and intensive care units in the Czech Republic. The primary outcome of the research is a dictionary of medicinal sociolectisms listing 244 words in total. A questionnaire survey was used to gather the data. The survey took place in the South Moravia, Moravian-Silesian, Olomouc and Zlín regions in 2020. This quantitative research was supplemented with field research consisting of two parts. Firstly, a method of observation mediated by the recordings made in one of the units was used to gather actual conversations of the unit members using the said jargon. Qualitative analysis was applied to the recorded data and several related medicinal documents in order to characterize all three layers of the language used in the anesthesiology and intensive care unit and in hospitals in general: an official, semi-official and unofficial layer. Secondly, semi-structured interviews were used to gather even more pieces of useful information. These interviews were mainly concerned with the use of expressive words and the use of vulgarisms. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to explaining, against the backdrop of the Czech tradition of sociolectology, the notions of a sociolect, professional jargon, slang and argot.
