Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je hodnocení projektu Roman Kreuziger Cycling Academy. Hlavním účelem této práce je hodnocení průběhu a realizace daného projektu. Ke splnění tohoto cíle bylo potřeba uvést základní pojmy projektového řízení a dále potom metody používané na hodnocení projektů. Tyto definice jsou detailně popsány v teoretické části práce. Praktická část práce se poté zabývá projektem a jeho parametry. Pro vyhodnocení projektu byla použita milníková metoda, kde byli jednotlivé milníky rozebrány, a na závěr byl celý projekt okomentován společně s doporučeními pro budoucí projekty.

Abstract:

Topic of this bachelor thesis is Evaluation of the project Roman Kreuziger Cycling Academy. The main goal of this thesis is evaluation of progress and realization of given project. For fulfilling this goal was necessary to introduce basic concepts of project management and then methods which are used for project evaluation. These definitions are described in theoretical part of this thesis. Practical part of this thesis describes project and its parameters. For its evaluation was used Milestone Trend Analysis, where every milestone was described. At the end the whole project was commented with suggestions for future projects.
