Abstract:

The goal of the „Lean Management“ diploma thesis is to identify the main causes of waste in a particular company and to eliminate them by increasing the percentage of productive production time. The first part of the text deals with the theoretical concept of lean manufacturing and the definition of its chosen tools. The following practical part of the thesis analyzed the current situation in a particular enterprise, defined causes of waste and subsequently proposed corrective measures leading to the achievement of the goal of work, which is increasing the percentage of productive production time.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce „Lean management“ je identifikovať hlavné príčiny plytvania v konkrétnom podniku a ich elimináciou navýšiť percento produktívneho času výroby. Prvá časť textu sa zaoberá teoretickou koncepciou štíhlej výroby a definovaním jej vybraných nástrojov. V nadväzujúcej praktickej časti práce bola analyzovaná súčasná situácia v konkrétnom podniku, definované príčiny plytvania a následne navrhnuté nápravné opatrenia vedúce k splneniu cieľa práce, čiže navýšeniu percenta produktívneho času výroby.
