Information map of woman care after laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy

Abstract:

Teoretická rovina bakalářské práce přibližuje problematiku laparoskopicky asistované vaginální hysterektomii (LAVH). Dále je v teoretické části zpracována komplexní pooperační péče poskytovaná porodní asistentkou po výkonu LAVH. V závěru teoretické části je kapitola, která je věnována edukaci v porodní asistenci se zaměřením na tvorbu mapy péče. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost žen o pooperační péči po LAVH. Následujícím cílem bylo vytvořit návrh informační mapy péče se stručným manuálem pro porodní asistentky. Informační mapa péče by měla posloužit jako edukační materiál pro ženy podstupující tento výkon.

Abstract:

The theoretical level of the bachelor´s thesis approaches the issue of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterctomy (LAVH). Furthermore, the theoretical part includes an examination of comprehensive post-operative care is provided by a midwife after LAVH. At the end of the theoretical part is a chapter devoted to education in medwifery with a focus on creating a map of care. The aim of the practical part was to learn about the awareness of women about post-operative care after LAVH. The next aim was to create a draft information map of care with a brief manual for midwives. The information map of care should serve as education material for women undergoing this procedure.
