Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření nové přepážky v zázemí pošty Hradec Králové 3. První část je věnována charakteristice pošty Hradec Králové 3 a popisu poskytovaných služeb. Dále je zde přiblížená činnost jednotlivých přepážek. Hlavní důvod vytvoření nové přepážky v zázemí pošty je přetíženost přepážek v odpoledních hodinách. V druhé části je pozornost zaměřena na postup realizace nové přepážky, její náplni práce a stanovení pracovní doby. Důležitým faktorem pro vznik nového pracoviště je zejména úspora investic při jeho vybavování technologickými prostředky a odstranění problematiky stávající obsluhy zákazníků. Cílem této práce je návrh na zefektivnění procesu podání smluvníchpodavatelů na poště Hradec Králové 3.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on a new counter in the background of the post office Hradec Králové 3. The first part is dedicated to the characteristics of the post office Hradec Králové 3 and to the description of the provided services there. Then I refer to the activities of all counters. I underline to the main reason of the new counter creation - the big load of existing counters in the afternoon hours. In the second part the attention is focused on the procedure of the new counter realization, its offered services and the working hours. Very important factor for the setting of the new work place is firstly the investment saving of the technological instruments and the secondly to remove the problems with existing clients services. The goal of this work is proposal for increase efficiency of submission by contracted customers' at the post office Hradec Králové 3.
