Business Enterprise in Ltd in Agreement with Czech Law

Abstract:

Tato práce směřuje k potencionálním společníkům společnosti s ručením omezeným, především k fyzickým osobám, které se rozhodli podnikat prostřednictvím s.r.o. v České republice. V práci čerpám jak z teoretických poznatků, které jsem nastudovala v uvedené literatuře, ale zároveň v určitých částek se snažím dotknout i praktické stránky a případně i chyb, kterých se společník může dopustit. Tato práce by měla pomoci potenciálnímu společníkovi - fyzické osobě, se zorientovat v problematice založení, vzniku a povinností souvisejících s podnikáním prostřednictvím s.r.o.. Na základě těchto informací a poznatků by měl tento potencionální společník zvážit klady a zápory tohoto podnikání a případně po nastudování této práce by měl být schopen celý záměr sám realizovat

Abstract:

This thesis deals with potential partners of Ltd, especially with individuals , who have decided to run their business via Ltd in the Czech Republic. In my thesis I have used both theoretical and practical aspects of Ltd., which I have studied in the literature listed below. In particular parts I have also tried to describe the mistakes which partners could make. This thesis should help a potential „copartner - individual“, to orientate themselves in the issue of establishment, origination of a company and duties connected with enterprising via Ltd. On the basis of this information and knowledge, this potential copartner should consider all the pros and cons of the enterprising, and after reading this thesis they should be able to realise the whole intention on their own.
