Teacher Beginer in the Kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku začínající učitelky mateřské školy a na to, zda a jakým způsobem je realizováno uvádění do praxe. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem začínající učitelka a problémy týkající se nástupu do praxe, uvádění absolventek do praxe v minulosti a nyní, profesní rozvoj v podobě hospitace, mentoringu, sebereflexe a nástroje Rámec profesních kvalit učitele mateřské školy. V praktické části jsou na základě kvalitativního výzkumu analyzovány rozhovory s učitelkami.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the problematic issues of a beginning nursery school teacher. It also examines whether and in which ways the introduction to the teaching practice is realized. In the theoretical part the author of the thesis defines the notion the beginning teacher and the issues concerning the entrance to the profession, introducing graduates to the teaching practice in the past and nowadays, professional development in the form of observation, mentoring, self-reflection and the instrument the Framework of teacher professional qualities. In the practical part interviews with teachers are analysed on the basis of the qualitative research.
