Investigation of criminal activities connected with spectator violence

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou trestné činnosti v souvislosti s diváckým násilím v České republice. První třetina vysvětluje základní pojmy a definuje typy fotbalových fanoušků, popisuje historický vývoj fotbalu, diváckého násilí a jeho proměny. Další část zkoumá politickou orientaci gangů a popisuje protichuligánskou politiku. Praktická část je věnována legislativnímu rámci, kde jsou popsány nejčastěji páchané přestupky nebo jiné správní delikty a registrovaným skutkům a stíhaným osobám v období 2010-2020. Praktická část je doplněna pěti případy z kazuistiky a rozhovorem se zástupcem hooligans. Cílem této práce je rozhodnout, jak jsou fotbalové kluby politicky založené – tedy zda se jedná o pravicovou či levicovou orientaci a které jsou naopak bez politických názorů a na kolik tato političnost ovlivňuje páchání správních deliktů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of criminal activities in connection with spectator violence in the Czech Republic. The first third explains the basic terminology and defines the types of football fans. Further, it describes the historical development of football, spectator violence and its changes in the course of time. The next section scrutinizes the political orientation of gangs and describes anti-hooligan politics. The practical part is devoted to the legislative framework. There, the most frequently committed offenses or other administrative offenses and registered acts and prosecuted persons in the period 2010-2020 are described. The practical part is supplemented by five case studies and an interview with the representative of hooligans. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to decide how football clubs are politically oriented, i.e. if it is a right or left-wing orientation and which clubs, on the contrary, are without political opinions and how much this political orientation affects the committing of administrative offenses.
