Adaptation process of employees in the XY organization

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem adaptace ve společnosti XY. Konkrétně je pak zaměřena na adaptační potřeby pojící se k adaptačnímu procesu. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit adaptační proces a to se zaměřením právě na adaptační potřeby. Zda je celý proces nastaven tak, že odpovídá potřebám nováčků, či nikoliv. Zjišťuji tedy, jaké potřeby nováčci mají a zda jsou naplňovány. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, metodologii a empirickou část. V rámci teoretické části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska, metodologie poukazuje na průběh výzkumu, stanovení výzkumných otázek, design výzkumu, metody výzkumu. Empirická část popisuje výsledky výzkumu a také, v úplném závěru, zahrnuje doporučení zlepšení pro společnosti XY týkající se procesu adaptace. Doporučení jsou navržena tak, aby odpovídala potřebám nováčků společnosti XY.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the process of adaptation ic company XY. Specifically, it focuses on adaptation need related to the adaptation process. The aim of this work is to evaluate the adaptation process with the focus on adaptive needs of new employees. Whether the whole process is set to meet the needs of newcomers or not. So I find out what newcomers need to have and if it is fulfilled. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, methodology an empirical part. Within the theoretical part are defined the theoretical starting points, the methodology points out the course of research, determination of research questions, research design, methods of research. The empirical part describes the results of the research and includes improvement recommendations for company XY regarding the adaptation process. The recommendations are designed to meet the needs of XY´s newcomers.
