Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením úspěšnosti českých klíčových hráčů v humanitární oblasti. Cílem této práce je zvolit vhodný měkký a tvrdý ukazatel úspěšnosti pro neziskové organizace v humanitární oblasti, aplikovat je na konkrétní neziskové organizace, zhodnotit a porovnat jejich úspěšnost. Teoretická část definuje pojem nezisková organizace a specifikuje neziskový sektor v humanitární oblasti. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými faktory, kterými lze zhodnotit úspěšnost. V praktické části se práce věnuje popisu konkrétních vybraných neziskových organizací a vyhodnocuje jejich úspěšnost na základě zvolené metodiky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the success of Czech key players in the humanitarian field. The aim of this thesis is to choose a suitable soft and hard factor of the success for non-profit organizations in the humanitarian field, apply them to specific non-profit organizations, evaluate and compare their success. The theoretical part defines the term of non-profit organization and specifies the non-profit sector in the humanitarian field. It also deals with various factors that can be used to evaluate success. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the description of selected non-profit organizations and evaluates their success on the basis of chosen methodology.
