Abstract:
Cílem této práce je návrh na zlepšení jednotlivých činností ve výrobním podniku a také jejich návaznosti tak, aby alokace dostupných zdrojů byla optimální a výkony podniku co nejvyšší, při co nejnižších možných nákladech. K řešení byla použita analýza dat z prodeje a materiálních vstupů do výrobního procesu. Data byla získána z informačního systému podniku. Data byla zpracovávána metodou třídění údajů …more

The goal of this paper is a proposal of improvements of individual activities in a manufacturing company, and their relation to the allocation of available resources, leading to the optimal operations of the company as high as possible at the lowest possible cost.
