Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání pracovníků ve vybrané firmě a jejím cílem je zjistit požadavky na vzdělávání pracovníků, posoudit využívané metody vzdělávání pracovníků, určit možné problémy nebo příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodné změny systému vzdělávání pracovníků.
