Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou procesu nutričnej starostlivosti a príslušným záznamom k tomuto procesu. Teoretická časť sa venuje definovaniu všetkých štyroch krokov procesu nutričnej starostlivosti, roli nutričného terapeuta pri tomto procese a významu dokumentácie.
