Diplomová práca sa zaoberá najobjemnejšou zložkou úverových obchodov komerčných bánk u nás – hypotekárnymi úvermi. Vysvetľujeme teoretické východiská skúmanej problematiky. Analyzujeme vývoj v danom bankovom segmente. Porovnávame a analyzujeme ponuku hypotekárnych úverov vo vybraných konkurenčných komerčných bankách.
