Odměna a trest jako způsoby motivace dětí mezi 14 a 18 lety

Reward and punishment as a ways of motivating children between 14 and 18 years
Abstract:
Ve své práci se věnuji motivaci obecně. Zejména pak motivaci formou odměn a trestů a jejich účinky na výkon jedinců. V teoretické části popisuji skautské prostředí, ze kterého jsem vycházel, definici dospívajících a popisu motivace, odměn i trestů obecně. Praktická část shrnuje výsledky praktického experimentu, pozorování a krátkých reflexí.
Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with motivation in general. Especially with motivation by rewards and punishment and their effects to performance of individualities. In the theoretical part I describe scout ambience from which I based on, definition of teenagers and describe of motivation, rewards and punishments in general.
