Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výkonností ve vztahu k zákazníkům v kontextu celkové výkonnosti podniku. Nejprve je vymezena výkonnost, metody jejího měření a ukazatele výkonnosti. Další část je zaměřena na výkonnost ve vztahu k zákazníkům ? její vymezení, oblasti a základní způsoby jejího měření obzvláště pokud jde o spokojenost a loajalitu zákazníků. V poslední části je vymezena loajalita, poskytovaná hodnota zákazníkům a její vnímaní zákazníkem. V praktické části je popsánsystém měření výkonnosti v podniku EKO Pardubice s.r.o.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is dedicated to the performance in relation to the customers in the context of the whole company performance. First of all the performance as well as its measurement methods and performance indicators are defined. The following part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the performance in relation to the customers ? the definition, areas and the basic methods of measurement. The attention is paid to the measurement of the customers' satisfaction and loyalty. In the last part there are the loyalty, the value provided to the customers and its perception by the customer defined. In the practical part the system of performance measurement in the company EKO Pardubice s.r.o. isdescribed.
