Education and self-education of future scout leaders

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním a sebevzděláváním budoucích skautských vedoucích. Klade si za cíl zjistit způsoby a formy vzdělávání budoucích skautských vedoucích (roverů), které jsou směrodatné pro působení v oddílu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část poskytuje informaci o principech skautingu a skautské výchovné metodě, věnuje se formám a metodám vzdělávání obecně a dále specifikuje skautský vzdělávací systém a možnosti sebevzdělávání budoucích skautských vedoucích. Výzkumná část je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se věnuje rozboru rozhovorů s aktivními mladými rovery, kteří se připravují na činnost budoucího vedoucího oddílu. Druhá část shrnuje informace získané písemným dotazováním s klíčovými pracovníky skautského ústředí Junáka, kteří se zabývají problematikou vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with education and self-education of the future scout leaders. The aim is to find the ways and forms for training the future Scout leaders (rovers), which are essential for their work in scout groups. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part provides information about the principles of scouting and the scout educational methods, it deals with forms and methods of education in general and further, it specifies the scout education system and the possibilities of self - education of the future scout leaders. The research part is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the analysis of the interviews with the active rovers who are preparing for the activities of the future scout leader. The second part summarizes the information obtained through a written questioning of the Junák Scout headquarters' key employees dealing with the education issues.
