Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o personální činnosti v podniku sociálních služeb. Je pravděpodobné, že personální práce v podnicích poskytující sociální služby má svá specifika. Cílem této práce je popsat personální práci v podniku a za pomoci empirické části zjistit případné odlišnosti ve vybraných personálních činnostech v podniku sociálních služeb. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První z nic, teoretická část, vymezuje základní pojmosloví personální práce, její vývoj a funkce v podniku. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé personální činnosti, pozornost je věnována také současným trendům v personální práci a také jsou charakterizována specifika personální práce v sociálních službách. Empirická část je zaměřena na zkoumání dvou organizací poskytující sociální služby s cílem popsat vybrané personální činnosti v těchto organizacích a vymezit případné odlišnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis discusses about the personnel activities in the business of social services. It is likely that personnel work in business providing social services has own specifics. The aim of this thesis is to describe the personnel work in the company and with the help of empirical part detect any differences in selected personal activities in the business of social services. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, defines the basic terminology of personnel work, development and function in the business. They are described personnel activities, attention is also paid to current trends in personnel work and also are characterized specifics of personnel work in social services. The empirical part focuses on the exploration of two organizations providing social services in order to describe selected personnel activities of these organizations and define possible differences.
