The Image of Eastern Europe in Jules Verne's Novels

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými romány spisovatele Julese Verna, ze kterých utváří obraz Východní Evropy devatenáctého století. Analyzuje vývoj historických národních revolucí, porovnává jejich zakomponování do beletristických děl autora a jeho vnímání národních hnutí nestátních společenství. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the selected Jules Verne's novels, from which creates reflection of Eastern Europe of 19th century. It analyses development of national revolutions, compares their incorporation into the author's fiction works and his perception of national political nonstates organisations. It deals with total literary and culturaly response of Verne's novels especially in Czech Lands.
