Souhrn: Práce se zabývá manažerskými specifiky pro efektivní řízení běžného pracoviště a pracoviště ve zdravotnictví a především specifiky řízení ošetřovatelského týmu nejnižší, tedy liniovou sestrou manažerkou. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmy management, manažer a jeho hlavní kompetence, řízením lidských zdrojů a specifiky manažera ve zdravotnictví. Nakonec osvětluji pojem ošetřovatelský tým. …more

Summary: The paper deals with the managerial specifics for effective management of the current workplace and working in health care, especially specifics of the nursing team lowest, ie a regular nurse manager.
