Vyšetření BRCA1 a BRCA2 genů u muže

BRCA1 and BRCA2 male testing
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o mutacích genů BRCA1 a BRCA2. Tyto geny se podílejí na opravách poškozené DNA každodenními vlivy. V případě mutací těchto genů je jedinec ohrožen zvýšeným rizikem výskytu karcinomu. Práce je zaměřena zejména na manifestaci u mužů, dále na srovnání výskytu onemocnění s ženami, prevenci, laboratorní vyšetření a léčbu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with mutations BRCA1 and BRCA2.These genes participate in the repairs of damaged DNA. If they mutate, there is an increased risk of developing cancerous diseases. The thesis is focused especially on manifestation in men, a comparison of the incidence of diseases with women, prevention, laboratory testing and treatment.
