Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmu investování pomocí hypotéčního úvěru. Dále na popis této metody a porovnání s klasickou formou kolektivního investování. Obsahuje také výčet možných rizik investování pomocí hypotéčního úvěru. Abstract:
This essay ascribes term of mortgage investment. It shows us risks of this method in compare with collective form of investment. It also gives us analysis of property market focused on property price growth. In second part we can find the practical example of classical form of investment and mortgage investment. In concision contains cooperation of this methods based of possibility of failure.
