The moral aspects in Karel Čapek and Josef Čapek´s fairy tales.

Abstract:

Cílem Bakalářské práce je snaha porozumět morálním aspektům v pohádkách Karla a Josefa Čapka. v Úvodní části se budu zabývat myšlenkami T. G. Masaryka. Zaměřím se na morální a etické hodnoty, na které kladl důraz při výchově a vzdělání. Představím žánr autorské pohádky. Zmíním historický kontext zájmu o pohádku. Hlavní pozornost v bakalářské práci věnuji období dvacátých let 20. století, a to především pohádkám dvou autorů, Karla Čapka a jeho bratra Josefa Čapka, kteří byli silně ovlivněni a inspirováni myšlenkami právě T. G. Masaryka.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to try to understand the moral aspects in the fairy tales of Karel Capek and Josef Capek. The introduction of the thesis deals with the thoughts of T. G. Masaryk, by focusing on the moral and ethical values that he had emphasized in the upbringing and education of children. It also presents the author´s fairy tale genre, and the historical context of the 20th century, especially to the fairy tales of Karel Capek and his brother Josef Capek, who were strongly influenced and inspired by T. G. Masaryk´s ideas.
