Neuro-psychological stress of nurses in acute care
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaká je neuropsychická zátěž sester pracujících v akutní péči jednotlivých oddělení Fakultní nemocnice s poliklinikou Ostrava a analyzovat rozdíly ve faktorech ovlivňujících tuto zátěž v závislosti na věku, vzdělání, oddělení, délce praxe sester a výsledky porovnat.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to find out what is the neuropsychological burden for nurses working in the acute care of the individual departments of the Faculty hospital with policlinic Ostrava and analyse differences in the factors influencing this burden depending on the age, education, department, length of practice of nurses and to compare the results.
