Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pravomocí obce ve vztahu k vytápění domácností se zaměřením na ochranu ovzduší. V první části práce analyzuje teoretická východiska právní úpravy obcí a ovzduší v kontextu práce. This thesis deals with the powers of the municipality in relation to house-hold heating with focus on air protection. The first part analyses the theoretical bases of the municipal and air legislation in the context of the thesis.
