Předmětem této diplomové práce je optimalizace výrobního pracoviště ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je zpracovávána formou literární rešerše. Tato část se vztahuje k průmyslovému inženýrství a vybraným metodám, které byly využity v analytické a projektové částí. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou část.
