Financial Analysis of Conglomerates in Specific Financial Markets
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza finančního konglomerátu na finančních trzích. Zprvu se jedná o detailní popis finančního trhu, jeho rozdělení a regulace. Poté definování finančního konglomerátu jeho fungování na finančním trhu a s tím spojená jeho regulace a dohled. V poslední části dochází k rozboru finančního konglomerátu PPF Group.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is analysis of financial conglomerates on the financial market. At first it is a detailed description of the financial market, his distribution and regulation. After defining a financial conglomerate its function on the financial market and the associated its regulation and supervision. The last part is the analysis of the financial conglomerate PPF Group.
