Abstract:
Práce popisuje kapitálové společnosti, jejich druhy, pojem správce vkladu, jeho právní úpravu, rozsah splacení vkladu, jednotlivé druhy vkladů, předmět vkladu a jeho využitelnost. Práce porovnává kapitálové společnosti s novou právní úpravou a to zákonem o obchodních korporacích. Dále práce popisuje funkci základního kapitálu a jeho definici.
Abstract:
The graduation work describes a stock corporations, its types, term contribution manager, its legislation, scope of payment of the contribution, the separate types of contributions, the contribution object, its usability.
