Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza a srovnání video kodeků pro účely zjištění jejich vhodnosti pro streamování v reálném čase. Analyzovanými kodeky jsou: x264, OpenH264, x265, libvpx VP8, libvpx VP9, libaom AV1, SVT-VP9, SVT-HEVC, SVT-AV1, rav1e. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse and compare video codecs for the purpose of finding out whether they are suitable for use in real-time streaming applications. The codecs being analysed are: x264, OpenH264, x265, libvpx VP8, libvpx VP9, libaom AV1, SVT-VP9, SVT-HEVC, SVT-AV1, rav1e. The specifics of real-time streaming are considered.
