Non-fiscal Competences of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem práce „Nefiskální působnost celní správy“ je analýza činností v kompetenci celní správy, které mají malý nebo žádný fiskální dopad. Práce analyzuje důvody, které vedly ke svěření výkonu těchto činností celní správě a zkoumá rozsah jejich zajištění v rámci organizace. V textu je obsaženo shrnutí nejdůležitějších činností takového charakteru a v jeho závěru se autor pokouší o predikci vývoje v dané oblasti.

Abstract:

The thesis „Non-fiscal Competences of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic” deals with an analysis of activities in the competence of customs administration that have small or no fiscal impact. The main focus of the thesis is to analyze reasons that led to the delegation of the performance of these activities by the customs administration and examines their extent in the organization. The text contains a summary of the most important activities and in the end, the author attempts to predict developments in the field.
