Vliv vlastností papíru na prorážení tiskové barvy

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo na různých typech tenkých tiskových papírů ověřit vliv jejich vlastností na prorážení tiskové barvy. Testováno bylo šest druhů bezdřevých nenatíraných tenkých tiskových papírů o nízké plošné hmotnosti dodané firmou OP papírna s.r.o. Byly testovány vlastnosti papírů v souvislosti s prorážením tiskové barvy na obou stranách papírů (plošná hmotnost, tloušťka, měrný objem, drsnost, propustnost pro vzduch, optické vlastnosti). Na laboratorním potiskovacím přístroji byly papíry potištěny různým nánosem tiskové barvy. Na tiskových vzorcích byly stanoveny hodnoty optické hustoty tisku, které byly použity pro sestrojení přenosových křivek, a hodnoty prorážení tiskové barvy. Z grafických závislostí, které jsou součástí experimentální části, byly stanoveny hondnoty množství přenesené tiskové barvy a prorážení tiskové barvy při optické hustotě 0,95, na základě kterých bylo v souladu s normou SCAN-P 36:02 Evaluation of test prints provedeno vyhodnocení prorážení tiskové barvy na testovaných papírech.

Abstract:

The aim of the work was to verify the effect of how the properties of thin printing papers influence the print-through. Six types of thin printing papers, which is wood-free, uncoated and with low paper grammage, were tested. All the paper used was supplied by OP papírna s.r.o. The properties of papers were tested in context of print-through on both sides of the papers (paper grammage, thickness, paper volume, roughness, air permeability, optical properties). Papers were printed with a different quantity of ink tranfer on a laboratory printing machine. On the print samples were determined values of the optical density, which were used for create transfer curves, and values of print-through. The quantity of ink transfer and print-throught were estimated according to the graphical dependencies at an optical density 0,95, included in the experimental part. Based on these experimental values according to the standard SCAN-P 36:02 Evaluation of test prints, was create the final evaluation of the print-through on the testing papers.
