Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analyzovat příklady nešťastného manželství, problematických vztahů, možných negativních aspektů manželství a dalších problémů zobrazených ve třech vybraných dílech Jane Austenové. Austenová si byla vědoma komplexnosti manželského života a zahrnula tyto aspekty do své tvorby. Dalším cílem bylo porovnat její postoje a názory s historickým pozadím doby, v níž žila a o níž psala.Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse examples of unhappy marriage, problematic relationships, possible negative sides of matrimony and other problems depicted in the three novels of Jane Austen, and to prove that Austen realized this complexity of marital life and incorporated these aspect into her work.
