Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá regionálními potravinami a jejich podílem (zastoupením) na prodeji ve městě Plzeň. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část práce je věnována stručné historii prodeje potravin a také seznamuje s alternativními potravinovými sítěmi v ČR. Druhá část se zabývá značením potravin, analýzou pojmu regionální potravina a představením soutěže o logo Regionální potravina. …more

This bachelor's thesis deals with regional foods and their share (representation) in sales in Pilsen. The work is divided in four parts. The first part of the work is devoted to a brief history of food sales and also introduces alternative food networks in the Czech Republic.
