Legislation of the local taxes

Abstract:

Out thesis entitled Legislation of the local taxes is divided on three essential part. In the first part deals with general nature of taxes. Essential for entry into the tax issue, we chose areas as history taxes and development taxes, tax function, tax principles and tax fairness, basic principles of tax procedure and tax administration and fundamental characteristics of the tay requirements, which is for out thesis very important, because in the second chapter, most essential chapter, we dealing with specifically various local taxes and each has own requiremets. In the last chapter, the third part of our thesis, we deal with practical part of local taxex, specific local taxex in city Banská Bystrica. Should be noted that we collect information from the generally binding regulation of city Banská Bystrica, which we processed and compared with the law number 582/2004 Collection Act, law on local taxes and local feels for municipal waste and construction waste, as amended. We deal from a practical point of view specifically six taxes, which city Banská Bystrica levy and they are property tax, dog tax, tax on use public space, accommodation tax, tax on vending machines and tax on motor vehicle.

Abstract:

Našu bakalársku prácu s názvom Právna úprava miestnych daní sme si rozdelili na tri základné časti. V prvej časti sa zaoberáme všeobecnou charakteristikou daní. Za podstatné na uvedenie do daňovej problematiky sme si zvolili oblasti ako história a vývoj daní, funkcie daní, daňové princípy a daňová spravodlivosť, základné zásady daňového konania a správa daní a charakteristika základných daňových náležitostí, čo je pre našu prácu veľmi dôležité, pretože v druhej kapitole, nosnej kapitole, sa zaoberáme konkrétne jednotlivými miestnymi daňami a každá z nich má svoje náležitosti. V poslednej kapitole, v tretej časti našej bakalárskej práce sme sa venovali praktickej oblasti miestnych daní a to konkrétne miestnych daní Mesta Banská Bystrica. Tu je treba spomenúť, že sme čerpali informácie zo všeobecne záväzných nariadení Mesta Banskej Bystrice, ktoré sme spracovali a porovnali so zákonom číslo 582/2004 Z. z. o miestnych daniach a miestnom poplatku za komunálne odpady a drobné stavebné odpady v platnom znení. Po praktickej stránke sme sa zaoberali konkrétne šiestimi daňami, ktoré Mesto Banská Bystrica vyrubuje a to daň z nehnuteľností, daň za psa, daň za užívanie verejného priestranstva, daň za ubytovanie, daň za predajné automaty a daň za motorové vozidlo.
