Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možností využití excentrické svalové kontrakce v rámci prevence a terapie zranění dolních končetin u profesionálních hráčů fotbalu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, klasifikace a epidemiologie zranění, je zde popsána excentrická svalová kontrakce a možnosti jejího využití v prevenci a terapii. V praktické části je popsána intervenční pohybová jednotka využívající excentrické kontrakce v rámci prevence zranění. Dále jsou popsané rehabilitační protokoly využívající excentrické kontrakce v terapii svalových zranění dolních končetin u profesionálních hráčů fotbalu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the use of eccentric muscle contraction in the prevention and therapy of the injuries in the lower limbs at professional football players. The theoretical part is focused on the determination of the main terms, the classification and the epidemiology of the injuries. The eccentric muscle contraction, its options for usage in the prevention and therapy are described there. The practical part describes an intervention movement unit using eccentric muscle contraction as prevention of the injuries. Furthemore, the rehabilitation protocols using eccentric muscle contraction used in therapy of the injuries at the professional football players are being described.
