Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje patogenezi, diagnostice, laboratornímu stanovení a léčbě preeklampsie. Také se zmiňuje o dalších souvisejících onemocněních jako je HELLP syndrom a eklampsie. Hlavní část je věnovaná laboratorním biomarkerům, které se používají při screeningových stanoveních nebo jsou potencionálními adepty pro budoucí diagnostiku.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, laboratory determination and treatment of pre-eclampsia. It also mentions other related diseases such as HELLP syndrome and eclampsia. The main part is devoted to laboratory biomarkers that are used in screening determinations or are potential candidates for future diagnosis.
