Abstract:
Práce se věnuje konfiskaci majetku lichtenštejnských státních příslušníků na základě dekretů prezidenta republiky v letech 1945–1948. Práce sleduje osudy těchto osob v kontextu meziválečného období, poválečných majetkových zásahů a diskriminačních opatření ze strany Československé republiky. V práci jsou zaznamenány osudy jednotlivých osob, které konfiskace postihla. V závěru práce se objevuje exkurz …more

The master thesis deals with the property confiscation of Liechtenstein nationals based on The Decrees of the President of the Republic in the years 1945-1948. The work follows the fate of these people in the context of the interwar period, post-war property interventions and discriminatory measures by the Czechoslovak Republic.
