Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá cílenou syntézou 2-hydroxy-N-[1-(2-hydroxyfenylamino)-1-oxoalkan-2-yl]benzamidů. Je zde uveden přehled již popsaných příprav vedoucích na cílové molekuly, dále pak přehled karbodiimidů, činidel, která se používají pro tvorbu amidů a esterů. V experimentální části práce jsou uvedeny tři možné syntetické cesty vedoucí k cílovým látkám.Abstract:
This diploma work is focused on the targeted synthesis of 2-hydroxy-N-[1-(2-hydroxyphenylamino)-1-oxoalkan-2-yl]benzamides. An overview of already descibed methods of target molecules synthesis is presented. Next, there is an overview of carbodiimides, which are used to form ester or amide bond. In the experimental part of this work are presented three synthetic paths to obtain target molecules.
