Dissolution kinetics of controlled release dosage forms
Abstract:
Tato rešeršní práce je věnována řízenému uvolňování léčiva z pevných lékových forem se zaměřením na matricové a obalované tablety. Podrobně jsou zde popsány principy uvolňování léčivé látky z různých druhů matricových a obalovaných tablet, disoluční testy, jejich princip a provedení jednotlivých disolučních zkoušek, jako jsou např. pádelková a košíčková metoda, nebo metoda s průtokovou celou. This paper provides a description of each type of controlled drug release, focusing on the principles of the release of various matrix and coated dosage forms. Dissolution studies, the principles and practices of the various dissolution methods such as paddle and basket method, or a method using a flow cell are described in detail.
