Abstract:
Léčebné možnosti pro pacienty s lymfoidními tumory nesoucími defekty v genu TP53 jsou velmi omezené. Abnormality TP53 vedou ke ztrátě funkce klíčového protinádorového proteinu p53, což výrazně ztěžuje nebo rovnou znemožňuje (dle typu defektu) fungování léčebných režimů založených na indukci apoptózy po poškození DNA. Abstract:
Treatment options for patients with TP53-defective lymphoid tumors are very limited. Abnormalities in TP53 gene lead to a dysfunction of a key tumor-suppressor protein, i.e. p53, which significantly aggravates or even prevents (according to the type of defect) functioning of therapeutic regimens based on apoptosis induction after DNA damage.
