Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce jsou virtuální měny. Je popsáno, na jakých principech fungují v porovnání s reálnými penězi, způsob použití a historický vývoj. Dále se práce věnuje přístupu jednotlivých států a regionů k právní úpravě virtuálních měn, popsána jsou i rizika spojená s používáním virtuální měny. The subject of this thesis is virtual currency. It is described on which principles operate in comparasion with real money, how to use and historical development. Furthermore, the work deals with access to national and regional legislation for virtual currencies, also describes the risks associated with the use of virtual currency.
