Corporate Social Policy

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of the corporate social policy. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical interpretation of social policy and corporate social policy. The second chapter is devoted to functioning of the corporate social policy based on the individual areas under the Labour Code. The third chapter focuses on the actual development of corporate social policy in the states of the European Union and their comparison in this area. In the comparing analysis assist the annual reports of statistical findings for the period from 2007 to 2010.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vývojom podnikovej sociálnej politiky. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretický výklad sociálnej politiky a podnikovej sociálnej politiky. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na fungovanie podnikovej sociálnej politiky na základe jednotlivých oblastí podľa Zákonníka práce. Tretia kapitola je zameraná na samotný vývoj podnikovej sociálnej politiky v štátoch Európskej únie a ich porovnanie v tejto oblasti. Pri analýze porovnávania pomáhajú výročné správy podľa štatistických zistení za obdobie rokov 2007 až 2010.
