Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout obchodní strategii rodinného podniku z oblasti krmiv pro psy a kočky, která zvýší konkurenceschopnost a ziskovost podniku. Práce je rozdělena na literární rešerši, analytickou část a návrhovou část. Literární rešerše přibližuje problematiku strategického řízení. V rámci analytické části jsou zpracovány analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, na jejichž základě je vypracována shrnující SWOT matice. Z předchozích částí vychází poslední návrhová část, která obsahuje návrh strategie, díky které by mělo být dosaženo stanovených cílů a podnik by měl být dále schopen dlouhodobě a úspěšně působit na trhu. Poslední část obsahuje diskuzi a závěr.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a business strategy of a family company in the area of dog and cat pet food, which will increase the competitiveness and profitability of the company. The thesis is divided into literary research, analytical part and proposal part. The literary research describes the issue of strategic management. Within the analytical part, there are composed of internal and external analyses, based on which a summary SWOT matrix is elaborated. The proposal part draws on the previous section and contains a strategy proposal that should lead to the fulfilment of set goals and the company should continue to be able to operate successfully on the market in the long term. The last part contains a discussion and conclusion.
