Cílem diplomové práce je analýza regulatorních opatření derivátového trhu v USA, které byly odpovědí na finanční krizi, vyvolanou rizikovým chováním finančních institucí na derivátovém trhu. V první části se práce věnuje úvodu do derivátového trhu s vysvětlením fungování derivátového trhu a typů derivátových nástrojů. The goal of the diploma thesis is an analysis of regulatory policies of derivative market in the USA as a response to financial crises, caused by risky behavior of financial institutions on derivative market.
