The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to classify verbal offenses along with specifics in their proof. The introductory chapters will contain definitions of verbal crimes and their classification. The work will discuss both true verbal offenses and so-called false verbal offenses, which include common violent or property crimes associated with elements of verbal expression.
