Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poznáním a pochopením zkušeností vychovatelů s organizací volného času v domově mládeže. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. This bachelor's thesis is concerned with learning about and understanding the experiences of tutors in organising leisure time in a youth homes.
