A proposal to change the working regulations of petrol stations networks
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem změny platného pracovního řádu sítě čerpacích stanic s ohledem na pracovněprávní vztahy mezi zaměstnanci a zaměstnavatelem. Na základě navrhnutých změn je vypracován nový pracovní řád.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focusing on the analysis and the proposals to change the current working regulations of petrol stations networks considering the labor relations between the employer and the employees. The new working regulations are based on the proposed changes.
