Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou stávajícího stavu služby servisní podpory ve společnosti eWay System s.r.o. a její optimalizací. Cílem práce je navrhnout způsob, pomocí kterého by bylo možné sledovat efektivitu běhu služby servisní podpory a ten pak ve firmě implementovat.
Abstract:
Thesis analyses actual state of service support in eWay System s.r.o. company. Goal of this thesis is to define possible optimalizations of this service and implement them into real company's environment.
